Welcome to Heartsong Healing Arts.
Heartsong exists because we all need a place where we can exhale—a place where we're welcomed just as we are. A place where the world grows quiet enough to hear our inner voice, and where healing unfolds in its own time.
Whether through yoga, Reiki, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, workshops, or time spent in community, my hope is that every experience at Heartsong helps you reconnect with yourself—with greater peace, greater clarity, and greater compassion.
Slow down. Breathe. Come home to yourself.

A meaningful life is shaped by the practices we return to again and again. Membership at Heartsong is a commitment to your own well-being—not because you need fixing, but because caring for yourself allows you to meet life with greater presence, resilience, and joy. Through regular practice and a welcoming community, you'll cultivate habits that support your health and well-being for years to come. It's about creating a rhythm of living that helps you come home to yourself, again and again.
Explore our membership options to find the path that best supports your practice. We'd be honored to welcome you into the Heartsong community.
Some forms of healing happen indoors. Others happen beneath open skies.
Throughout the year, Heartsong Healing Arts offers opportunities to gather in nature through guided hikes, outdoor meditations, campfires, seasonal celebrations, and special community experiences. These gatherings invite us to slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, and remember that we are part of something larger than ourselves.
The prairies, rivers, canyons, and open spaces of our region offer their own medicine: perspective, beauty, challenge, stillness, and renewal. Whether we're sharing conversation along a trail, sitting beside a campfire, or simply walking together in silence, these experiences create meaningful opportunities for connection and reflection.
Many outdoor gatherings are included as part of Heartsong membership. Some special events may have a modest fee to help cover expenses. Community hiking excursions are offered free of charge.
Come outside. Breathe deeply. Let the land do some of the teaching. If you'd like to learn about upcoming nature experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

A Heartsong Healing Arts Gift Card is a thoughtful way to support someone you care about on their journey toward greater well-being. Whether they are new to yoga or already exploring healing practices, a gift card allows them to choose the experiences that best support their needs.
A $30 gift card is the perfect introduction, covering our popular 30 Days for $30 New Student Package. Larger gift amounts may be applied toward yoga classes, memberships, breathwork journeys, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, workshops, and other Heartsong experiences.
Gift cards are delivered electronically, making them a simple and meaningful gift for birthdays, holidays, celebrations, or simply to let someone know you're thinking of them.
