Membership Commitment & Cancellation Policy

The Unlimited Yoga Membership is offered at a discounted monthly rate of $65 per month in exchange for a one-year commitment.

Should circumstances change, membership cancellations prior to the completion of the one-year term may be honored with written notice under the following circumstances:

• Physical injury or medical condition that prevents participation in yoga classes

• Loss of employment by the member or their spouse/partner

• Relocation outside the Scottsbluff/Gering area

We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. In certain situations, a temporary membership pause may be available for significant life events. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and every effort will be made to work with members compassionately and fairly.

The Heartsong Companion Pass allows an additional adult from your household to enjoy unlimited yoga classes alongside a primary Unlimited Yoga Membership holder.

Whether you practice with a spouse, partner, parent, adult child, sibling, or roommate, the Companion Pass offers an opportunity to support one another in building healthy routines, nurturing well-being, and creating meaningful connection through shared practice.

Membership Includes:

• Unlimited yoga classes for the companion member

• Access to all regularly scheduled Heartsong yoga classes

• Member pricing on eligible workshops and special events

• Priority registration for limited-capacity offerings

Eligibility:

The Companion Pass may be added to an active Unlimited Yoga Membership and is available to adults residing in the same household as the primary member.

Pricing:

Unlimited Yoga Membership: $65/month

Heartsong Companion Pass: +$50/month

Total Household Membership: $115/month

Membership Commitment:

The Unlimited Yoga Membership and Companion Pass are offered at a discounted monthly rate in exchange for a one-year commitment. Both memberships remain active together and follow the same membership terms.

In certain significant life circumstances, a temporary membership pause may be available. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and every effort will be made to respond with compassion and fairness.

Member Changes:

The companion member may be updated with written notice in the event of a household change or other significant life circumstance. Heartsong Healing Arts reserves the right to review and approve membership changes to ensure the spirit of the program is maintained.

The Heartsong Gold Membership is our most comprehensive offering, created for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the healing, learning, and community experiences available at Heartsong Healing Arts.

As a Gold Member, you'll enjoy unlimited access to Heartsong's regularly scheduled yoga classes, healing experiences, and community gatherings—all designed to support your well-being, personal growth, and connection with others.

Membership Commitment & Cancellation Policy

The Heartsong Gold Membership is offered at a reduced monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Membership dues are automatically charged each month.

We understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes. Memberships may be canceled before the end of the 12-month commitment period for the following circumstances:

• A physical injury or medical condition that prevents participation in classes and events
• Job loss experienced by the member or their spouse/partner
• Relocation outside the local area

Requests for early cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Members experiencing significant life events may also request a temporary membership pause, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

After the initial 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

The Heartsong Gold Membership is for those who wish to make healing, self-discovery, and community a regular part of their lives. A place to practice, grow, connect, and belong.
